Community complaints are essential for maintaining governmental accountability and and strengthening relations with citizens. However, complaint submission remains challenging in certain regions. Therefore, a web-based public complaint reporting information system has been designed to facilitate the reporting of issues, dissatisfaction, or violations related to public services, corruption, and human rights. This system serves as an integral tool to enable easier and more effective complaint submission.
